Thoughts After Monday Night Raw

Okay not to say that Monday Night Raw wasn't great...because I enjoyed it, but I'm just a little confused. The WWE always finds some way to confuse me L *shrugs shoulders*

Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam Okay this rivalry is very confusing. WWE Creative Team should’ve really thought this feud out better. The fact that a 35 year old ex UFC fighter is scared of a 43-year-old Executive Vice President is a joke. I can barely stomach looking at Triple H pedigree Lesnar. Like for real Triple H getting the best of Lesnar is quite ridiculous. Lesnar should’ve come back and been billed the way he originally came into the WWE, a dominant monster that destroys everything in his path. Not a scared ex WWE star that is going to let Triple H and Shawn Michaels trash talk him. Come on now, those dudes are old. LOL. Lesnar was a NCAA all American in wrestling and a former UFC champion. This storyline is a little unbelievable, just as unbelievable as Kelly Kelly getting victories over Natalya and Beth Phoenix; it just isn’t right. I’m sure the WWE is mad that Brock left the WWE, blew up in UFC, and made their indirect completion even more popular, but still “what’s best for business” is more important than ego. Killing Brock Lesnar’s momentum by making him Triple H’s punching bag is not best for business in the long run; I mean what’s after this? If Lesnar looses to Triple H what is he going to do afterward? What comeback will he have after losing to a 43 year old Executive Vice President?? Here’s a hint: Not a very good one. Come on WWE play your cards right.

P.S. Did yall here about Lesnar and Ryback getting a fight backstage? Lesnar gave Ryback a black eye…well technically it was really red. Ryback I know the WWE pumps you up by having you dominate D list wrestlers two at a time but NEVER and I mean NEVER pick a real life fight with Brock again…for your safety please. J
WWE Divas Okay I am SO SO SO SO SO SO TIRED of Kelly Kelly winning all of these matches…this is so unbelievable its making me sick. Did I say I was tired of Kelly Kelly winning so many matches? Yes the crowd loves her because she is hot but it is killing the WWE Divas Division. Sable, Terri Runnels, and Debra were hot…but they did not pretend to be great wrestlers. Yes they wrestled…but their main focus was entertainment. But Kelly Kelly’s wrestling is not up to par and she is far to skinny for me to believe that she wouldn’t get tossed around the arena by any other diva on the roster. Kelly not like Trish Stratus, Trish actually could wrestle and she had some thickness in her thighs and frame, Kelly Kelly sometimes just looks like skin and bones. If the WWE wants to rebuild their Divas Division they need to focus on wrestlers like Beth Phoenix, Natalya Neidhart and Tamina Snuka; these women are tough, good wrestlers plus they have strength and beauty. A Beth and Natalya feud would be great! Natalya could be the Bret of the Divas Division and Beth could be Owen Hart. Duh they are not sisters but I am talking about the personalities, the wrestling and the attraction potential. The two already used to be tag team partners so play off of that. Give them some mic time and let this story build up. But riding the Divas Division on Kelly Kelly’s back is burying the Division and making the WWE Divas Division a joke.
Where is the Heel?
Can we have a real bad guy please…well a real bad guy we care about? Yes I know Big Show is a heel in this triple threat match at SummerSlam but can CM Punk please turn all the way heel…so we can really like John Cena again? Every Hulk Hogan needs an Andre the Giant and a Macho King. Big Show is Andre…the bad guy we don’t like but he isn’t the main one we hate. CM Punk needs to be that Macho King, the ex friend turned foe that we all hate because he is just so vicious and so evil. But to be a bad guy CM Punk you cant tweet how much you love your fans and the WWE Universe. *Shrugs Shoulders* The truth is, WWE stars love the attention they get from fans and being a heel is a lot of negativity on a person…but still Punk should really do a 180 for anyone to really hate him. Hey if Bret Hart can do it, he can. I think the reason Cena isn’t a true Hulk Hogan is the bad guys aren’t real bad guys. It is hard to win a match and make everyone love and believe in you when the person you’re fighting isn’t the worst guy in the world. When CM Punk first turned face it was a great move because it was something different…but that has been a year now it’s time to shake things up a bit and surprise us all. Him turning heel, a even worse heel than before could make things interesting again. (I’m just saying J)

The Undertaker vs. Triple H - WWE Super Show-Down Results and Grades #SSD #WWE

HBK came down to the ring first. The fans clamored to get pictures of HBK...to be honest I would be too. Shawn is still in great shape, now he is the heartbreak grandpa. HHH came out next with a mask on but without the fanfare I expected. He came to the ring pretty fast and it was a pretty basic HHH entrance. He does have new ring gear which is nice. The Melbourne crowd loved HHH. Kane then came to the ring. I love how his name shows up when he walks to the ring it's pretty cool. The Undertaker's entrance of course was epic. All you saw were phones everywhere as fans attempted to snap pictures of the Deadman. The Undertaker looked great in his entrance and brought presence and prestige to the night. (Except for the gray on the sides...Undertaker I never want to see a another gray hair on your head). Fans complain about the older wrestlers taking the spotlight but the Undertaker's presence gives a PPV that extra push that makes it a classic. The match was no disq...

The New Day vs. The Bar - WWE Super Show-Down Results and Grades #SSD #WWE

The show opened up surprisingly with the SmackDown Tag Team Championship title match. This is the second time the SmackDown Tag Team Championship has been the show opener. They were on the pre-show last PPV which technically is a dark match but it was still the first match the fans saw of the night. I am not sure what this means, perhaps the WWE just wants the New Day opening up their PPV's from now on. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods as a pairing is just amazing. Their intro tag team sequence was absolutely lightening. Both of them are so coordinated and agile. Kofi shows why he is one of the best tag team champions of all time. Really great showing by these two. Sheamus and Cesaro are good but honestly not as good as Kingston and Woods. At least not as a tag team. However, they play to their strengths which is power, heel tactics and viciousness.  Of course, anyone that uses the Sharp Shooter is near and dear to my heart. I am sure that is homage to Cesaro's friend Tyson...

WWE Super Show-Down Predictions #WWE #SuperShowDown

WWE Super Show-Down will take place in Australia this weekend. While many say that it is a glorified house show, I do not think it is. I think the WWE will use this show to lay the groundwork for Evolution, Crown Jewel, and Survivor Series while simultaneously building bigger storylines. For instance, there are rumors of Kurt Angle's return and Asuka and Dean Ambrose's heel turn. Bobby Lashley and John Cena vs. Elias and Kevin Owens This is an easy match to predict. Cena and Lashley will get the win here. This will likely be the show opener so John Cena can give a big speech welcoming the crowd and exciting them for the night's matches. This will be clear-cut and simple. Delighting the Australian fans while also showing Cena's dominance in his return.  Cedric Alexander vs. Buddy Murphy  WWE Cruiserweight Championship  This match is the biggest toss up on the card. While many fans criticize WWE Super Show-Down as a glorified house show; the WWE ...
