The Beauty of Mahal v. Lesnar #JinderMahal #BrockLesnar #Lesnar #Mahal #Beast #Maharaja #SurvivorSeries #DontHinderTheJinder
As many WWE fans know by now, The Modern Day Maharaja Jinder Mahal will be stepping into the squared circle with the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. According to Forbes.com WWE fans do not want to see Mahal vs. Lesnar. Honestly, fans are sure what they want to see. Fans were so excited about Lesnar v. Goldberg at last year's Survivor Series only to be disheartened by the underwhelming effort put into the actual match itself. At this point, fans are happy with high-quality matches and matches that fulfill their expectations. Here are three reasons why Mahal v. Lesnar will satisfy fans expectations.
1. This is a new match, and no one knows what to expect. Fans always complain that they are tired of seeing the same matches over and over again. At the same time, fans are complaining about a brand new match that they have never seen. (What a coincidence). Fans want something fresh but have been under impressed with Mahal; however, the freshness of this match is an excellent start to a fulfilling matchup.
2. Brock Lesnar and Jinder Mahal's stories are so different. Do fans really think Mahal is horrible as champion, or do they just hate him because he is so hateable? Mahal is everything everyone wants to be. He started off as a jobber's jobber. He was low on the totem pole, James Ellsworth has more relevance than Mahal's previous career. At the same time, Mahal has transformed into a monster, a fitness guru, a dedicated superstar, a snarling champion and WWE Champion. Everyone's dream is going from the bottom to the top, and Mahal actually did it. But what Mahal didn't do, is thank the fans or appeal to their human adoration for his story. Instead, he took on the persona as someone that was bread superior and had no other choice but to ascend to the top. Fans hate this. This is really why fans hate Mahal, not because he is so horrible...because honestly, he is not. Instead, it is because he doesn't make sense in any previous logical WWE trajectory. This is what adds appeal to this match. Mahal is the complete opposite to Brock Lesnar. Who is the UFC fighting monster who of course dominates his competition and wears the WWE Championship as if he was born with it around his waist.
3. This match has the potential to catapult Jinder Mahal to a level no one ever imagined. Imagine if Lesnar put Mahal over? That would put Mahal in the category of a select few who were able to beat the beast. Mahal is dedicated to the WWE and is slowly turning into the heel John Cena. The company loves people who love WWE and loves what they do. Thus, expect him to sit high on his WWE Championship throne for a while; and don't expect this to be his last title run either. Therefore, Lesnar putting over Mahal will create legitimacy and give him the push he needs to solidify himself as the real deal.
No matter what anyone says, I think this match is going to prove to be great. I think we are going to be shocked by what these to do. Mahal is dedicated to his run as WWE Champion expect him to give 200%, and prove himself to the WWE Universe.
