Six Reasons Why SummerSlam 1994 is My Favorite SummerSlam

6. I was four years old.  In 1994, I was only four years old. But, I was an avid wrestling fan with a die-hard devotion to Bret Hart and the Undertaker. Both of my favorite superstars were on the card in singles competition...and that made me very very happy. 5. The Super Sleuths  In the quest to find the "Real Undertaker" Leslie Nielson and George Kennedy were hired to track him down. This was a very entertaining comedy sketch that I loved as a kid. I remember going to the video store and renting SummerSlam 1994 over and over again just to see the comedy skits these two did. It was the best thing ever as a four-year-old to see so much legitimate comedy in wrestling. 4. The Hart Family's Involvement  The Hart Family had a huge involvement in the pay per view as part of the Bret Hart v. Owen Hart story angle. I have always been a family oriented person, even as a child, and it made me so excited that a large chunk of the Hart family was at ringsi...

Daniel Bryan Cleared to Wrestle #DanielBryan #YES!

As everyone knows, our favorite goat faced hero has been medically cleared to wrestle for the WWE. This brought a smile to every wrestling fan the die-hards like me and event he casual fan like my mom. I never have been a Daniel Bryan, but this journey he has been on has convinced me to get behind him. It is really a story of perseverance and hard work. There are rumors that WrestleMania is where Bryan will make his in-ring return teaming with Shane O'Mac to take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. All I can say is YES! YES! YES!

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal As of right now, the only entrants in the 2018 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal is The Revival. This match has so little to do with the future of the WWE, I am not sure why we care. No one that has won previous battle royals has done anything…that changed the course of the WWE. Past winners include Cesaro, Big Show, Baron Corbin and Mojo Rawley. Of course, Baron Corbin, Big Show and Cesaro all have had success in WWE, but I am not sure it was a direct result of the Andre Memorial Battle Royal. Cesaro has had little success, but that has more to do with his tag team involvement and less to do with the Battle Royal. The individual who has had the most success after the Battle Royal, and as a direct result of the Battle Royal, is Baron Corbin. But still, the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal seems anticlimactic and just another way for WWE to put more stores on the grandest stage of them all. Big Show, Fandango, and Mark Henry competed i...

Ric Flair Appears in the "Ric Flair Drip" Music Video

I am not sure if everyone knows, but Ric Flair appeared in 21 Savage, Offset and Metro Boomin's music video for their song "Ric Flair Drip". The video is LIT!!! This is why we love and adore Ric Flair because he is so cool and still knows how to relate to us young folks. DO you see the blue fit he has on!! He looks super fly. Reminding us that he is all better after his recent health scare. This is one of my favorite songs out right now, and to add Ric Flair in the music video just added that extra "Ric Flair Drip" that the video needed! The video is fly as hell...check it out below!!!
