Brittney’s Wrestling Report

Bray Wyatt is the NEW WWE  Smackdown Champion!!  This is another long overdue championship run! Bray Wyatt has been in and out of the main event scene, and had yet to capture the WWE's top prize.  It still comes as a shock as both John Cena and AJ Styles were both in the match.  However, whatever kool-aid WWE creative was drinking when they made their plans for tonight's event...I'm here for it. The Elimination Chamber was surprisingly interesting with monumental title changes on the road to WrestleMania. Will it be Wyatt vs. Orton at WrestleMania? Will the Wyatt family implode? Will we see a triple threat match with AJ Styles or John Cena added in? Only time will tell.  CONGRATS TO THE NEW FACE OF FEAR! THIS IS THE WYATT ERA! 

ALL I CAN SAY IS: #FEELTHEGLOW  This is long overdue...Naomi is the new Smackdown Women's Champion. This is what the diva's revolution is all about, letting fresh faces get a chance to shine at the top. It was a beautiful effort by Naomi and she deserves this and so much more!  #HappyBlackHistoryMonth  NAOMI IS THE NEW WOMEN'S CHAMPION 

Per wwe.com Kurt Angle will be inducted into the 2017 Hall of Fame! Now, no one will ever question whether Angle is deserving because of course he is more than deserving. However, does this mean we will never see a Kurt Angle in ring comeback in WWE? As many members of the WWE Universe know, the WWE Hall of Fame is generally reserved for non-active WWE Almuni. Therefore, it comes as a shock to those hoping Angle would make a WWE comeback. (Myself Included) Based on past experience his WWE Hall of Fame membership more than likely rules him out of the WWE main event. (Sad Face)

Long long long ago back in 1991, there was the reaper who took on the immortal in a battle of titans...LOL  But seriously, this is one of my favorite pay-per-views. One reason is both of my favorites: Bret Hart and the Undertaker are in title matches. It just makes my day to study my two favorites so early in their career. Truthfully,  This Tuesday in Texas  seems like a afterthought pay-per-view, to give Hogan the belt back.  Bret Hart took on Skinner, which isn't that much of a big deal. Hart beat Skinner in 13 minutes and 46 seconds. But it only took Hogan 13 minutes and 9 seconds to defeat the UNDERTAKER? ROBBERY! What is awesome is that although Taker won the title just a few days earlier, WWE clearly did not believe he was main event material. This is apparent when the Undertaker, as the WWE champion comes to the ring first. Like what?! (Sidenote: the way Taker holds the belt while coming to the ring is beautiful story telling and chara...

Stephanie looked amazing! Roman won fair. 

Barron Corbin won the Andre The Giant battle royal after beating Kane. NBA star Shaq made a surprise entrance and choke slammed Kane. Great match, Tatanka also made a surprise entrance. Oh yea "it's me its me its DDP" 😊
