Bobby Lashley and John Cena vs. Elias and Kevin Owens - WWE Super Show-Down Results and Grades #SSD #WWE

The match opened with Elias and Owens sitting in the middle of the ring doing their shtick. Owens says "I told them Super Show'Down should be in Canada." Owens and Elias are so magical so entertaining they know just what to say to get under the fans skin. They also make us laugh and appreciate their punch lines.

Bobby Lashley finally interrupts them. The real question is, where is Lio Rush? Then, a new skinny John Cena comes out. He's also balding. Man, breaking up with Nikki Bella was hard on him. This transformation is not aesthetically pleasing.

Elias and Lashley started off the match. Everything in the match early on was typical. Kevin Owens eventually tagged in and allowed Lashley to get some some offense in. Lashley displayed his skill in the ring. He really is underrated and should get a meaningful size push. As Lashley was going to tag in Cena, Elias knocked Cena off the apron. Elias and Owens then proceeded to break down Lashley in their corner.

John Cena finally tagged in the match of course he did his five knuckle shuffle, AA and then prepared for the lightening fist. He won the match with the lightening fist! Wowziers...that really is John Cena's sixth move of doom. Well, the fans popped for it...so I guess it worked.

As predicted, Cena welcomes the Australia crowd and gives a heart warming speech in true Cena fashion. Cena is teasing retirement, I am sure it is coming soon.

SummerSlam 1988 – Since we are just a few weeks away from SummerSlam 2012, I believe it is only appropriate to take a look at the very first one.

Long before I was born, okay two years before I was born, but long before I was thought of I’m sure, there was the great SummerSlam 1988. Okay Answer for 1000 points, who are the Fabulous Rougeaus? Don’t worry I’ll wait. Buzz!!! The Fabulous Rougeaus were a tag team, duh! They were in the WWE for a short time but Jacques went on to become one half of the very popular Quebecers. Okay semi-popular Quebecers. But hey they were three time WWE tag team champions, three more than the Rockers. But in comparison to popularity…I guess championships really don’t matter *shrugs shoulders*. The Undertaker vs. Triple H - WWE Super Show-Down Results and Grades #SSD #WWE

HBK came down to the ring first. The fans clamored to get pictures of HBK...to be honest I would be too. Shawn is still in great shape, now he is the heartbreak grandpa. HHH came out next with a mask on but without the fanfare I expected. He came to the ring pretty fast and it was a pretty basic HHH entrance. He does have new ring gear which is nice. The Melbourne crowd loved HHH. Kane then came to the ring. I love how his name shows up when he walks to the ring it's pretty cool. The Undertaker's entrance of course was epic. All you saw were phones everywhere as fans attempted to snap pictures of the Deadman. The Undertaker looked great in his entrance and brought presence and prestige to the night. (Except for the gray on the sides...Undertaker I never want to see a another gray hair on your head). Fans complain about the older wrestlers taking the spotlight but the Undertaker's presence gives a PPV that extra push that makes it a classic. The match was no disq...
